At our farm, we take pride in producing high-quality buffalo ghee that is pure and natural. Our ghee is made by our women farmers using traditional Bilona methods that have been passed down for generations. We source our milk from grass-fed buffaloes, ensuring that the ghee is packed with nutrients and free from harmful chemicals.

We use the Bilona method, that is an ancient traditional method of making ghee in India, which involves churning curd made from milk using a wooden churner called "bilona". The process results in a pure, high-quality ghee that is considered to be very healthy and nutritious.

Here is a step-by-step process of how we prepare our ghee:

• First of all we take fresh milk and heat it in an earthen pot till it starts boiling.
• After this we let the milk cool down at room temperature, and add some curd to it.
• Then cover the vessel and leave it undisturbed for about 8-10 hours, until the curd is set.
• In the morning our lady farmer takes the curd and churns it with a wooden churner (Bilona) till the butter separates from the buttermilk.
• After that we collect the butter and transfer it to a heavy bottom vessel and heat it on low flame till the butter melts completely and it turns golden brown in color and ghee The fragrance did not start coming. This is the stage where our ghee is made.
• Finally, we filter the ghee with a sieve or mesh strainer and fill it in a clean, dry jar. And let the ghee cool down to room temperature before storing it.

Our same Bilona method of making Ghee produces a superior quality Ghee which is rich in nutrients and has a distinct aroma and taste. It is considered much healthier than ghee made by other methods.

Do you know that we are different from others-

Our ghee is very different from the cheap ghee available in the market. Our women farmers extract milk from indigenous buffaloes, and make ghee from it in the traditional way. Our ghee is not ghee made from cream, it is ghee made from curd. That's why we are different from cheap ghee.

Pure ghee comes in the market from 400 to 1200 rs / liter, you should be aware and think that how does pure ghee come so cheap? Whereas let us tell you that after processing 18-20 liters of milk, 1 liter of ghee is made. The cost of only milk is 18*70=1440 rs, so how come 1 liter of ghee made from 18 liters of milk is so cheap?

That's why our ghee is not cheap, because Bilona ghee cannot be cheap.

हमारे खेत में, हम उच्च गुणवत्ता वाले भैंस के घी का उत्पादन करने में गर्व महसूस करते हैं जो शुद्ध और प्राकृतिक है। हमारा घी महिला किसानों द्वारा पारंपरिक तरीकों का उपयोग करके बनाया जाता है जो पीढ़ियों से चले आ रहे हैं। हम अपने दूध को घास खाने वाली भैंसों से प्राप्त करते हैं, यह सुनिश्चित करते हुए कि घी पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर है और हानिकारक रसायनों से मुक्त है।

हम घी बनाने के लिए बिलोना विधि का उपयोग करते हैं, जो भारत में घी बनाने की एक प्राचीन पारंपरिक विधि है, जिसमें "बिलोना" नामक लकड़ी के मथनी का उपयोग करके दूध से बने दही को मथना शामिल है। इस प्रक्रिया के परिणामस्वरूप शुद्ध, उच्च गुणवत्ता वाला घी बनता है जो बहुत स्वस्थ और पौष्टिक होता है।

यहाँ एक चरण-दर-चरण प्रक्रिया है कि हम अपना घी कैसे तैयार करते हैं:

• सबसे पहले हम ताजा दूध लेते हैं और उसे एक मिट्टी के बर्तन में उबाल आने तक गर्म करते हैं।
• इसके बाद हम दूध को कमरे के तापमान पर ठंडा होने देते हैं, और इसमें थोड़ा सा दही मिला देते हैं।
• फिर बर्तन को ढक कर रख देते हैं और इसे लगभग 8-10 घंटे के लिए बिना हिलाए छोड़ देते हैं, जब तक कि दही जम न जाए।
• सुबह हमारी महिला किसान जमा हुआ दही लेकर उसे लकड़ी के मथनी (बिलोना) से तब तक मथती हैं जब तक कि छाछ से मक्खन अलग न हो जाए।
• इसके बाद हम मक्खन इकट्ठा करते हैं और इसे एक भारी तले वाले बर्तन में स्थानांतरित करते हैं और इसको धीमी आंच पर तब तक गर्म करते हैं जब तक कि मक्खन पूरी तरह से पिघल न जाए और यह सुनहरे भूरे रंग का न हो जाए और घी की सुगंध न आने लगे। यह वह अवस्था है जहाँ हमारा घी बनता है।
• आखिर में हम घी को छलनी या जालीदार छलनी से छानकर एक साफ, सूखे जार में भरते हैं। और घी को स्टोर करने से पहले कमरे के तापमान तक ठंडा होने देते हैं।

हमारी यही घी बनाने की बिलोना विधि एक बेहतर गुणवत्ता वाले घी का उत्पादन करती है जो पोषक तत्वों से भरपूर होता है और इसमें एक अलग सुगंध और स्वाद होता है। इसे अन्य तरीकों से बने घी से बहुत ज़्यादा स्वास्थ्यवर्धक माना जाता है।

बाजार में मिलने वाले सस्ते घी से हमारा घी बहुत अलग है। हमारी महिला किसान देसी भैंसों से दूध निकालती हैं, और उसका पारम्परिक तरीके से घी बनाती हैं। हमारा घी क्रीम से बना हुआ घी नहीं हैं, दही से बना हुआ घी है। इसलिए हम सस्ते घी वालों से अलग हैं।

एक साधारण सा, पर बहुत ही महत्वपूर्ण कैलकुलेशन हम आपको बता रहे हैं-

बाजार में शुद्ध घी 400 से 1200 rs/लीटर में आ जाता है, आप जरा जागरूक होकर सोचिए कि शुद्ध घी इतना सस्ता आ कैसे जाता है? जबकि हम आपको बतादें कि 18-20 लीटर दूध को प्रोसेस करने के बाद 1 लीटर घी बनाया जाता है। सिर्फ दूध की कीमत 18*70=1440 rs होती है, तो 18 लीटर दूध से बना 1 लिटर घी इतना सस्ता कैसे आ जाता है। 

इसीलिए हमारा घी सस्ता नहीं है, क्योंकि बिलोना घी सस्ता हो ही नहीं सकता।
