The age-old tradition of making A2 Gir Cow Ghee

At Two Farmers Organics, we follow the traditional bilona method, an age-old technique, to make A2 Gir Cow Ghee. The age-old bilona method, as Ayurveda states, is a slow and meticulous process of making desi cow ghee. In a serene village of Two Farmers in Rajasthan, where Indian-breed cows are nurtured with love and care, these cows that graze freely on our pastures produce A2 milk that is rich in A2-beta casein protein found in Indian-breed cows only.

Our Cows are hand-milked by women farmers in pristine mornings. The milk is then boiled, which converts it into a velvety texture known as curd. This creamy curd is hand-churned in earthen pots to make rich makkhan, which is a key ingredient in making A2 Gir Cow Ghee. The makkhan is then simmered in earthen vessels to make rich-colored A2 Gir Cow Ghee.
